Event Overview

The grains and oilseeds market in South America is changing

The South American agricultural market accounts for approximately 10% of the world's agricultural product export.

With such big players as Brazil, the leading investor in agriculture research and development, as well as Argentina, one of the most prominent export-oriented soybean and cereal producers, South America had significant agricultural potential.

However, with the impact of El Niño and the weakness of Brazil's real, the industry faced a lot of challenges that needed to be overcome in 2016.

Luckily, at Global Grain South America 2016 we helped our delegates deal with the tough market conditions.

The event was attended by over 200 delegates, representing 26 countries from across the world, and was the perfect platform for networking and knowledge sharing.
